Our educational philosophy is focused on melding both physical and emotional techniques and guiding students through the process of self-discovery as maturing and well-rounded people. Movement is presented and taught through feeling and emotion, not only through shape and line. The authentic presence of the student is brought to the forefront of class consciousness, discussed, and explored. 

Our goal is for the students to experience being an integral member of a group; valued, respected, and heard by others, emulating ARD’s creation and rehearsal process. We work for students to gain an understanding of their bodies in space and to express themselves through movement.

Ariel Rivka Dance teaches all ages from beginning to expert levels. The company offers flexibility to fit your needs and can do a 45-minute workshop to a month-long residency with in-person & virtual options available.
